The meeting was called to order at 7:34ptini
Minutes from the December 2, 1998 meeting were read and a motion to move was made by Linda
Lew>,s. seconded by Connie Spencer and wraniimmrsly approved.
Treasurer's report - 5287,000. Steve Rada& is scheduled to present last year's pledge of Ss0.000 to City
Council this month.
Park Lover's Ball - Ann Merlin from the Frierxis Board gave a ball update. Invitations went out in city

Animal Recreation Facility:

1. De W an area forced off for poppies and small children to interact away &6m the larger dogs.
2. need water access, pffh s with a gravel tit to avoid mud
3. neat lights.
4. 911 emergency pole wired to West U. police.
5. covered picnic table.
6. obedience classes could be held there.
A volunteer clean up project was suggested for the site. Linda Lewis will discuss with West U Rotary
Club.
Tim Hansen offered to dd a design development and cost estimate to be presented at the neat matting.

SPc, and passw unanimously.
