The meeting was called to order at 7:25 PM. Minutes of the
March 1st meeting were approved.
TREASURER'S REPORT
$151,587 - unaudited.
WEIR PARK
Nancy Zimmerman will check to see if water fountain leak has been
fixed. There are still many pebbles on tennis court - screen
suggested. Tennis court gate won't close - Tim Hansen will check
gate. Mark Mailes will check on cost to repair.
MILTON STREET PARK
Odette Mace reviewed the plan for the second phase with new board
members. Tim Hansen will call Stanger make a non-cost associated
request for a simple overlay to update the drawing based on
changes approved 60 days ago. Tim Hansen will call trees for
Houston regarding 25 trees which meet plan specifications.
Board reaffirmed agreement to take plan to council at 4/24
meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made, seconded, and approved unanimously, to request
up to $7500.00 from the Water Fund to be used at Parks Board
discretion for minor, general repairs as a General Maintenance
Fund.
A motion was made, seconded, and approved unanimously, to use
funds from the General Maintenance Fund (if approved by Council)
for maintenance items at Weir Park.
Motion was made, seconded, and approved unanimously to adjourn the
meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
