Randall's - Quarter ended 6-30-00: $838.15
OLD BUSINESS
Bill Hall Memorial - Kathy Hall still working on playhouse elements. She will be sending out fund-
raising lctters to friends. Letter will be signed by Will Bertron, Linda Gray, and Kathy Hall.
Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler Party - October 21, 2000 at Joni Fichter's house. Food from Bourbon
Street Bistro, flowers from Village Greenery. Still a few spots left-be sure to invite your friends. For
those interested, send $50/person, made out to Friends, to 4444 Richmond, Houston, Tx. 77027. All board
members need to pay $100 to support this party. Pay Dan ASAP. Dan-need a list of board members who
have paid, please.
Parks Master Plan - Report from Will Bertron?
Parks Land Acquisition Committee - Report?
Whitt Johnson Park pavilion - Need to plan a reception with the Rosenblum family in the fall. Volunteer
to coordinate?
Board positions to fill - Currently we have 1 vacancy to fill. Theresa is responsible for board
development; any names of potential board members should be given to her ASAP.
Election of officers - Election will be held in October.
Home Place Celebration - Karin Dubose has agreed to chair this event.
West U. Elementary PLB Partnership - Need discussion and vote
New T-shirt Report on sales?
Elena Chapel Walton Memorial Fund -Set up by Sheridan Walton for her infant daughter. As of this
date, we have received $1370. Please make sure you thank the Walton, 3515 Rice.

Sidewalk decorating day - Whitt Johnson Park - need chairman this fall - November or early December
Whitt Johnson - We received $50K from county. Will be used towards park. Balance?
