Board of Directors' Meeting
July 2, 1997 *6:30pm* City Hall
AGENDA
1. The meeting was called to order by Ross Frazer at 6:40pm
Members present were: Mark Mailes, Pat Lawrence Van Sweringen, Carolyn
Rapazzo, Lisa Ward, Janet Lionberger, Mary Hay, Debbbie Rae, Beverly Loftis, and
Dan Cooper.
2. Approval of minutes of June 4, 1997 - Mark Mailes made a motion to approve the
minutes and Beverly Loftis seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Treasurer's report
4. Committee reports:
Theresa Atwell needs help in sending out underwriter letters. Send letters out
to people who will be good candidates for underwriting Park Lover's Ball.
Letters should be sent out on September 2, 1997.
5. New/other business:
A discussion will be held about the problems at Judson Park. Some residents are not
happy with the Judson Park Plans.
6. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
