Scurlock will not donate. Houston Endowment has three
copies of the proposal. Houston Endowment will review
at their October meeting. Cullen Foundation has second
proposal. Enron will work on a donation. Talk to
Huffington Foundation and Duncan Foundation. Gerry
contacted McGovern and Fondren Foundation. aohn Putnam
contacted Cockrell. Kurt tackle contacted Farish
Foundation.
