Board of Directors' Meeting

AGENDA
The meeting was called to order by Ross Frazer at 6:40 p.m.
Board members present were: Ross Frazer, Jeanne Marosis, Cindy
Sparkman, Carolyn Rappazzo, Jere Ahrens, Kim Wilson, Gayle Jackson,
Pat Lawrence, Janet Lionberger, Linda Gray, Beverly Loftis, and Dan

1. Minutes of November 6, 1996 were approved.
2. Committee reports:
a. Foundations
Houston Endowment has asked for additional information on
the parks.
Make a recommendation to council for the use of the money
from Michael Huffington.
Advisory Board Members: Beverly Loftis will furnish names to the
board.
Company will bar code auction items. $350 will be charged for each
computer. Two computers will be used.
Gail Jackson made a motion and Beverly Loftis seconded to use
automated check out at the Park Lovers' Ball. Motion carried
unanimously.
