Board of Directors' Meeting
September 4, 1996*6:15 PM*City Hall
AGENDA
The meeting was called to order by Ross Frazer at 6:34 p.m.
Board members present were Dan Cooper, Gail Jackson, Pat
Lawrence, Carolyn Rappazzo, Jere Ahrens, Ross Frazer, Gail
Jackson, Linda Gray, Janet Lionberger, Cindy Sparkman and Jeanne
Marosis.
We have a Post Office box number at the post office on Weslayan.
1. Approval of Minutes of 08/07/96
2. Treasurer's Report - Dan Cooper
Treasurer's Report was approved.
3. Committee Reports:
a. Foundations - Ross Frazer
b. Park Lover's Ball
Kin Wilson is the Chairman of the Park Lover's Ball.
c. Grassroots - Mark Spradling
4. New/other business
We are a 501 3C corporation so purchases are tax exempt.
New Officers are Ross Frazer, Chairman, Linda Gray, Vice
Chairman, Carolyn Rappazzo, Secretary and Dan Cooper,
Treasurer.
Tim Hanson presented drawing of new pocket park. Park is
located at the corner of Auden and Rice Blvd.
Johnson Park will be redone after Judson Park is redone.
Motion made and seconded to add property at Auden and Rice
to long range planning.
Consider placing a paver in one of the parks for Steve
Radick.
Donation from Hobby Foundation would be for Johnson Park.
Jere Ahrens made a motion and Ross Frazer seconded to
adjourn the meeting.
