MINUTES
1. Approval of Minutes of 11 / 1 /95
Jere Ahrens made motion for approval and it was seconded.
2. Treasurer's Report - Jere Ahrens
$83,937.12 is in the treasurery.
3. Committee Reports:
a. Foundations -Ross Frazer
Houston Endowment denied request for donation. Enron doing away with
foundation. Nothing on Cullen or McGovern foundations. Application submitted to
Brown Foundation. Ross will get new guide to Texas foundations.
b. ParkFest - Deferred
c. Park Lover's Ball - Beverly Loftis gave a report on donations.
4. New/other business - Bring wine to January Board Meeting.
Mary Haynes is Program Chairman for Park Lovers Ball.
Motion made by Jere Ahrens and seconded by Beverly Loftis to accept Advisory
Board.
