® Recycled Paper Notice of Zoning & Planning Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning & Planning Commission (Z&PC) and members of the
Building and Standards Commission and City Council of the City of West University Place,
Texas will hold a meeting on:
July 09, 2009 beginning at 6:15 p.m.
in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures
and identifying parties.
2. Minutes. Matters relating to minutes from the June 11, 2009 meeting.
3. Fences. Matters relating to fences including masonry, stone, and stucco fences; front,
rear and side fences; yard regulations and projections; "virtual" fences; hedges; natural
growth fences; and related matters.
4. Basements and other Subterranean Structures. Matters relating to excavations and
other subterranean structures, including possible code amendments and related issues.
