Notice of Zoning & Planning Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning & Planning Commission (Z&PC) and members of the
City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
November 13, 2008 beginning at 6:15 p.m.
in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matter relating to announcements, notices, introductions, rules,
meeting procedures and identifying parties.
2. Minutes. Matters relating to minutes from the October 9, 2008 meeting.
3. Dead End or Stub Driveways. Matters relating to regulations concerning dead end or stub
driveways on non-major thoroughfare streets.
4. Basements and other Subterranean Structures. Matters relating to excavations and other
subterranean structures, including possible code amendments and related issues.
5. Fences. Matters relating to fences including masonry, stone, and stucco fences; front, rear
and side fences; yard regulations and projections; "virtual" fences; hedges; natural growth
fences; and related matters.

meeting. The Municipal Building is wheel chair accessible from the west entrance and
specially marked parking spaces are available in the southwest parking area. Special seating
will be provided in the Council Chambers.
