Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures and identifying parties. 2. Minutes. Matters relating to minutes from the April 9, 2009 meeting. 3. Driveway Stubs. Matters relating to information regarding the final report and ordinance amendment regarding driveway stubs. 4. Fences. Matters relating to fences including masonry, stone, and stucco fences; front, rear and side fences; yard regulations and projections; "virtual" fences; hedges; natural growth fences; and related matters. 5. Basements and other Subterranean Structures. Matters relating to excavations and other subterranean structures, including possible code amendments and related issues.
