The Senior Services Board met in the Senior Wing of the Community
Building.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dorothy Rieger-, Chairperson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes were approved as read.
MONTHLY REPORT
The monthly report was read by Sharon Reusser.
corrected to read April 22.
TREASURER'S REPORT
The treasurer's report was read by Randy Hardy.
COUNCIL MEETINGT REPORT
The date of item six was
Dorothy Rieger resorted that Council discussion included the waste
station which nobody wants in the neighborhood. Council noted that one
bidder for the solid waste disposal had trucks too large for city streets.
OLD BUSINESS
Members discussed possible methods of informing seniors about activities
since separate mailings of the calendar are no longer possible. No
conclusions were reached.
NEW BUSINESS
Board Members agreed to collect tickets at the May 14 Park Fest from
12:30 until 2:34.
The Board also voted to acknowledge Dottie Shaw's service to the Board
with a gift. She has resigned for health reasons.
Sharon Reusser announced that Dorothy Zink, a new volunteer, will assist
seniors with groceries on Thursdays. Wick Wickerham and John Monahan
will assist with the monthly food delivery.

Randy Hardy motioned to adjourn; Ruth Nelson seconded.
