CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Dorothy Rieger, Chairperson. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes were approved as read. MONTHLY REPORT The monthly report Ym.s read by Sharon Reusser. TREASURER'S REPORT Randy Hardy read the treasurer=s report- MEALS ON WHEELS Tom Malloy reported that Meals on GIs headquarters has been moved to St. Andrus Presbyterian Church because of the construction at Test University Methodist- He a lso sa id thatthe ccsc service has 66 clients in theWest University area. Sixteen make no pawients for meals, fourteen make partial payment, and the tees for four clients are paid by best Universibj Place. The ccsc has appointed a committee to investigate the investment of donated funs in order to obtain a better return. COUNCIL MEETING REPORT Dorothy Pieger reported that the major- concerns of the Council meeting were the proposed new sewage Ifft station, the proposed new City Charter, and the oyerbuilding on city lots. NEW BUSINESS S haron Reusser announced that she had nominated Vesta Papafagous as the new representatcre to .PAC. The nomination must be approved by the City. S he also said she could obtain a copy of the sw ey of Senior Services programs made by Pick Peters and *iII ask the Cry to furnish names of new residers F 5 and older. Volunteers will be needed for shits at the National Night Out on August 2. No action was taken. Dalia Stokes announced that members of the Classic Car Club could participate in the July 4 parade.
