The Senior Services Board met in the Senior Wing of the Community Building.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by John Monahan, Chairperson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes read by the secretary. Dorothy Rieger motioned to accept; Ruth Nelson seconded.
PREVIEWS AND MONTHLY REPORT
Sharon Reusser read the previews and summarized the monthly report. A full report will be
mailed to board members.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Ruth Nelson read the treasurer's report. Marie Fish motioned to accept; John Monahan
seconded.
AARP REPORT
John Monahan reported that the AARP tax preparation service will begin in February. The
volunteers will also prepare tax forms for shut-ins as necessary.
SUNSHINE MEALS ON WHEELS
Tom Malloy reported that the service has 51 clients. Frozen meals would be delivered for the
holidays.
NEW BUSINESS
Holiday dates for closure were announced.
MOTION TO ADJOURN
Tom Malloy made the motion; John Monahan seconded.
