Senior Services Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The Senior Services Board of Directors meeting was called to order on December 9,
1999 at 2:30 p.m. by Chairman Mary Lee Gray with the following present:
PRESENT:
Mary Lee Gray, Sharon Reusser, Betty Aillet, Lola Brooks, Joe Graf, Maureen
Graf, Lorraine Greenleaf, George Harbeson, Tom Malloy, Stan McCandless, Ken
Moore, Lynn Old, Alice O'Neill, Bob Park. ABSENT: Dalia Stokes, Dorothy Zink.
The following guests also attended. Linda Lewis, Mark Mailes.
Lorraine Greenleaf read the minutes from the November 11, 1999 minutes for
Secretary Lola Brooks. Tom Malloy moved the approval of the minutes, after the
correction of a paragraph that addressed funds used for the construction of the
West University Senior Wing. Motion carried.
Sharon Reusser gave the Previews. Bob Park supplied us with a report from the
December APAC meeting.
Treasurer Alice O'Neill gave the Treasurer's Report. Lola Brooks moved the
acceptance of the Treasurer's Report. Motion carried. No AARP report was given.
Tom Malloy gave the Sunshine Meals Report. He said all drivers were required to
sign a confidentiality statement. Stan McCandless gave the Recycle Report. We
had no City Council Report, but some city information was shared by the Mayor
and others.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Bob Park gave a version of a proposed fee schedule and Chairman Gray advised
our ideas on the project should be ready for acceptance by early 2000. Lynn Old
provided our first issue of `HI Neighbor" which was favorably received.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ken Moore, Chairman of Resident Committee furnished a copy of the committee's
report.
Chairman Gray adjourned the meeting at 3:30 p.m.
