CALL TO ORDER:
The Senior Service Board of Directors was called to order at 2:30 p.m. on May 13,
1999 by Sharon Reusser, in the absence of Mary Lee Gray, Chairperson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Sharon read the minutes for Secretary Lola Brooks, whose voice is impaired. Tom
Malloy moved the approval of the minutes. Motion carried.
PREVIEWS AND MONTHLY REPORT:
Sharon gave the previews. Lola Brooks moved the acceptance of the previews.
Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT:
Alice O'Neill gave the Treasurer's report. Lola Brooks moved the acceptance of the
Treasurer's report. Motion carried.
SUNSHINE MEALS ON WHEELS REPORT:
Tom Malloy gave the report on Sunshine Meals and advised 51 were delivered last
month, 18 of which were in West University.
APAC REPORT:
APAC report was given by Betty Aillet.
CITY COUNCIL REPORT:
Sharon Reusser gave the City Council report and the swearing in of the new
officers. She advised the "New Comers" Club had invited her to their party.
NEW BUSINESS:
Sharon announced that John Valcik must resign from the Board due to health
problems. We will miss him and wish him well.
The mailing list is being up dated.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
