Meeting called to order at 2:OOPM
Attendees: Marilyn Griffith, Elizabeth Young, Anne Hershiser, Ken Moore, Joe Graf,
George Harbeson, Mary Ryerson, Maureen Beck Absent were Betty Aillet, Ann Bertinti,
Stan McCandless, John Neighbors, and Sharon Reusser.
Previous Meetings minute's approved
Previews and Sneak Previews were reviewed.
REPORTS
Sunshine Meals: 41 deliveries in West University. Tom not present to give more
information.
Recycle Meeting: No report
APAC: There is a need for new members on the committee. During the last meeting the
Transportation Planning Committee presented their report on Transportation in Harris
County but outside of the City of Houston. Monies have been to write a grant proposal
and for the proposal writer.
Previous Business:
The name change for this committee was discussed. There is a need for a written
resolution from the Board for presentation to the City Council at their next meeting.
New Business:
There was discussion about the width of streets and the Fire Department's difficulty with
them. Alternate side of the street parking mentioned as a solution to the street egress
problem.
