1. Friday, April 14:
A. Artist Spotlight on William Whitney at the Glassell 9:30 -12:30
Free.
B. AARP Tax Assistance -10:00 -1:00 Reservations necessary. Free
2. Monday, April 17 - Radio Daze Too. Please note time change. Luncheon
follows program. 11:30 -1:30 $4.00.
3. Tuesday, April 18 - Annual Health fair. Allthe favorite screenings and
informational booths. Some screenings may have a charge; otherwise it's
free and open to all ages! 10:00 -1:00
4. Wednesday, April 19 Lunch Bunchers will be going to Patrenella's.
Leaving at 12:00.
5. Thursday April, 20 - AARP monthly meeting. Students from the HSPVA
will be the entertainment. 2:00 - 4:00.
6. Tuesday April, 25 -
A. The Garden Club ends their season at a 10:00 meeting.
B. Tuesday Music Club meets at 10:30. We will leave at 10:00. Free
C. Great Books Discussion Group gathers at 12:00.
7. Friday April, 28 -
A. MFA Senior Program on Impressionism leaving at 9:30.
$1.00/$2.00.
B. Parkinson foundation has their monthly program, luncheon and
support group meetings at 11:00.
C. David Brauer on portraiture at the MFA at 1:00. Program begins
at 1:30.
D. Local poetry group meets at the library at 1:30.
8. Wednesday May, 3 - Bus trip to Kemah and Seabrook. Boat tour,
shopping, eating and a stop at the fish market. 8:30 - 3:30. $12.00 plus
lunch.
9. Friday May, 5 - Part 2 of the David Brauer series at the MFA leaving at
1:00 Free.
10. Thursday May, l l - Next board meeting 2:30.
SPECIAL PREVIEW:
