1. Friday, June 15: Parkinson Foundation of Harris County luncheon and
program on surgeries. 11:900 - 2:30. Free
2. Monday, June 18: Tai Chi classes continue. 2:30 - 3:30. (Also meets on
Thursdays at the same time.)
3. Tuesday, June 19: Letting Go of Clutter seminar had to be cancelled because
of the speaker being out of town. Will be rescheduled in the fall.
4. Wednesday, June 20: Lunch Bunchers going to the new Fox River on
Shepherd. Noon
5. Thursday, June 21: Seminar given by Area Agency on Aging cancelled due
to child's surgery. Will be rescheduled to Thursday, July 26. 2:00. Free.
6. Monday, June 25: First Aid/CPR Seminar sponsored by the Good Neighbor
Team in the City Council Chamber. 2:00 - 3:00. Free.
7. Tuesday, June 26: Great Books Discussion Group. Noon -1:30. Free.
8. Wednesday, June 27: Day trip to Victoria to tour the La Belle Project at the
museum and the recently renovated county court house. Lunch at Texas'
oldest deli. 8:30 - 5:30. $11.00
9. Friday, June 29: Oklahoma! Presented by the West University Baptist Prime
Time Singers. Annual Hot Dog Party follows the performance. 11:00 -1:00.
$4.00.
10. Friday, July 6: Trip to the MFA to see the exhibit on the Cos Cob Art
Colony artists titled "Impressionists on the Connecticut Shore." 10:00 -
Noon. Price depends on membership.
11. Tuesday, July 10: IMAX movie: Journey into Amazing Caves. Leaving
1:00 for the 2:00 show. $4.50.
12. Wednesday, July 11: Seminar on electric deregulation given by
Reliant/HL&P. 2:00 - 3:00. Free.
13. Thursday, July 12: Next Board meting. Location to be announced. 2:30 - ?

1. Friday, July 13: Second chance at the First Aid/CPR seminar with Fire
