CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION AND JOINT MEETING
WITH BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND TRAFFIC TASK FORCE MEMBERS
MONDAY, JANUARY 17, 2000

6:30P.M.
The City Council held a meeting in the Community Building (6104 Auden) on January
17, 2000, with the following members present: Mayor Lewis presiding, Council
Members Ballanfant, Bertini, Grubb and May. The City Manager, City Secretary, City
Attorney, Police Chief and Public Works Director were also present.
JOINT MEETING:
Members ofthe Boards, Commissions, and Traffic Task Force gave a brief overview of
their goals, objectives and work plans.
The accelerated infrastructure improvements, grants and outside funding, status of using
METRO police in the City, and the Home Place Celebration event was also addressed.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
